International shipping policy
If you place an order from outside Japan, all transactions are governed by our International Shipping Policy. Please note that this takes precedence over any policies for Japan.

USA, Canada, European countries, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
Payment methods
Credit cards and amazon Pay are accepted.Other payment methods are not available.Payment is made in Japanese yen. Prices displayed by the currency converter are approximate.
Costs other than the price of the product
Shipping costs are charged depending on the delivery location.In rare cases, as a result of a customs inspection of the delivery address, customs duties, customs inspection fees, customs clearance fees and other expenses may be charged. If you refuse to pay these, the goods will not be received and will be disposed of by customs.As it is difficult to predict in advance whether or not costs will be charged by customs, it is not possible for us to collect them in advance.
Delivery method.
As a rule, we use Japan Post's EMS.After shipment, you will be notified of a tracking number.Once the shipment has cleared customs in the destination country, it can be tracked via the local postal operator's website. The tracking number is the same worldwide.The time from shipment to delivery varies greatly depending on logistics conditions.
Refund and return policy.
Returns and exchanges are not possible for customer reasons after an order has been placed.Please check the product page for size details.This policy applies with the completion of payment and is valid even before the product is shipped. Exchanges and refunds are possible in the following cases.
If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered.
If the goods received are seriously defective.
If the goods do not pass customs inspection and are returned to Japan.
If international logistics stops receiving the goods after the order has been completed.
We will take immediate action in such cases.In all cases, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the goods.After that, we will not be able to accept exchanges.We will contact you by email to confirm and inform you of the procedure.
In addition, refunds are not possible in the following casesProducts sent to our shop without prior notification.Refusal to receive the goods at the delivery address, long-term absence, expiry of the storage period at the delivery office, refusal to pay customs duties, non-delivery due to a wrong address on the voucher.In particular, delivery methods vary depending on the destination country.It is not always delivered in person.
In some cases, the package may be dropped at the door or handed over to a caretaker. Loss or theft after delivery is not covered by the guarantee.
In some cases, the customer must go directly to the delivery office for pick-up. Please use the tracking number to ensure that the storage period does not expire.
In the event of any doubt regarding the interpretation of this policy, the Japanese version will be treated as the official policy.
