Returns or exchanges for customer's convenience after an order is placed are not accepted.Please check the product page for size details.This policy is applied with the completion of payment and is valid even before the product is shipped.Exchanges and refunds are possible in the following cases
If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered.
If the product you received has a serious initial defect.
The product did not pass through customs inspection and was returned to Japan.When international logistics stops accepting shipments after an order has been completed.
We will promptly respond to the following cases.In either case, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.We will not be able to accept exchanges after that time.We will contact you by e-mail for confirmation and procedures.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases
Products that have been sent to our store without prior notification
Refusal to receive the goods at the delivery destination, long-term absence, expiration of the storage period at the delivery office, refusal to pay customs duties, or non-delivery due to a wrong address written on the invoice.
In particular, delivery methods vary depending on the destination country.It is not always delivered in person.
In some cases, the package may be dropped at the door or handed over to a caretaker. Loss or theft after delivery is not covered by warranty.
In some cases, customers must go directly to the delivery office for pickup. Please use the tracking number to ensure that the storage period does not expire.
