For those who have these thoughts,
we offer a "trial service" that allows you to try on items you're interested in at home.
Due to its popularity, the period has been extended until May 17th (Sunday).
After trying them on, you can keep the items you wish to purchase, and return those you don't.
＜About the Trial Service＞
April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday) - May 17th (Sunday)
・You can try up to 6 items.
・Square neck cut-and-sew, chiffon high-neck, underpants, socks, scarves, and leather products are not eligible for this service.
About Shipping
・When using the service, a shipping fee of 880 yen will be charged in addition to the product price.
・In the event of a return, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
*We will only refund the product price.
Please note that returns are not possible in the following cases:
・If tags have been removed.
・If worn outdoors.
・If the product is damaged or soiled.
・If laundered.
・If we do not receive email contact within 7 days including the arrival date.
How to Use
1) On the entwa online shop, add the items you wish to try to your cart, fill in your "Customer Information," and proceed with the order.
*Eligible payment methods: Credit card payment or electronic payment (excluding bank transfer)
2) In the "Delivery Method" section, select "Use trial service" and complete your purchase.
3) The selected items will be shipped within 5 business days.
4) Once the items arrive, please try them on indoors.
About Returns
1) Please contact us by email within 7 days, including the day of product arrival. (info@entwa.jp)
2) Place the items you wish to return back into the plastic bag they came in, and send them to the address below using the box they were delivered in or your own packaging materials.
3) After the items arrive at our company, we will confirm the return details and refund the product price.
