For those with such thoughts,
We have prepared a limited-time "trial service" from April 1st (Wednesday) to April 30th (Thursday), allowing you to try on items you're interested in at home.
After trying them on, you can keep the items you wish to purchase, and return those you don't.
＜About the Trial Service＞
April 1, 2026 (Wed) - April 30, 2026 (Thu)
・Up to 6 items can be tried on
・Square neck cut-and-sew, chiffon high-neck, underpants, socks, scarves, and leather products are not eligible for this service.
Shipping Fees
・When using the service, a shipping fee of 880 yen will be charged in addition to the product price.
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
*We will only refund the product price.
Please note that returns are not possible in the following cases:
・If the tag has been cut
・If worn outdoors
・If the product is damaged or soiled
・If washed
・If we are not contacted by email within 7 days of the arrival date
How to Use
1) On the entwa online shop, add the items you wish to try to your cart, fill in your "Customer Information," and proceed with the process.
*Eligible payment methods: Credit card payment or electronic payment (excluding bank transfer)
2) In the "Delivery Method" section, select "Use Trial Service" and complete your purchase.
3) The selected items will be shipped within 5 business days.
4) Once the items arrive, please try them on indoors.
About Returns
1) Please contact us by email within 7 days of the product's arrival date (info@entwa.jp).
2) Please place the items you wish to return back into the plastic bag they came in, and send them to the address below in the box they were delivered in or in your own packaging materials.
3) After the returned items arrive at our company, we will confirm the return details and refund the product price.
